Hillside University of Science and Technology is a privately owned university that is situated in Okemesi, Ekiti State.
Hillside University of Science and Technology was established in 2023 following the university accreditation by the National Universities Commission (NUC). The institution conducted its second Matriculation Ceremony in 2025, inducting over 100 students.
Hillside University of Science and Technology was established by Mr. Joseph Laoye Jaiyeola, who was former CEO of the Nigerian Economic Summit Group. He established the institution in Okemesi, which is his hometown, because he said he wanted to retire there and also wanted to bring development to the area.

Admission Requirement
• 5 credits at the GCE/SSCE/NECO examinations or equivalent, at not more than 2 sittings.
• 5 credits at the GCE/SSCE/NECO examinations or equivalent, at one sitting only for medicine and dentistry.
• Candidates must be 16 years old or would be 16 years old by September 30th.
• Applicants must meet the general entry requirements for their chosen program.
